General Description:The name says it all - the citrus from paradise. It is a hybrid and did not exist some 400 years ago and quite rare and expensive in the early years of the last century. It is a popular fruit as a starter and the juice industry uses large amounts. Grown particularly in Florida, California, Brazil and the Caribbean Islands, the oil from the fruit is somewhat like bitter orange oil but with a distinctive odour
