General Description: One of the regular garden plants that proliferate rapidly. It grows wild in Tunisia and North Africa and dry Mediterranean areas. Known for thousands of years and Dioscorides wrote about the herb in his Greek Herbal circa AD80 where he mentions making it into an ungent for using in exercise. It is easy to grow and propagate. A good spray steeped in bath water makes a pleasant refreshing herbal bath
