General Description:Carrots are grown almost throughout the whole of Europe and elsewhere. The plants produce seeds and it is these seeds that produce the oil. Wild carrot tends to be used more than the cultivated variety. The oil is used in France for culinary purposes in spice blends. It is also used in perfumery
