	A soft, yellowish fat which is semi-solid at normal temperatures. It has a sweet vanilla like chocolate smell with a low melting point of around 32 deg.C. Produced from the pressed seeds of the "Theobroma Cacao", a tropical tree grown principally in West Africa.
