| General Description |
| This is the American variety of Chinese Mandarin fruit. It grows in Florida, California and Texas and parts of West Africa. The fruit is larger than the mandarin being almost globular. It is grown principally for canning as a fruit or for eating, particularly as there are relatively few seeds (pips). The peel is used for processing essential oil but has limited application in aromatherapy or perfumery |
