	General Description
	Used as a culinary and medicinal plant for hundreds of years. Hyssop grows wild in the coastal areas of southern France and is recorded as being introduced into England during Elizabethan times. The oil is quite powerful in aromatherapy and Sellar gives thirty different applications for the oil
